Tesla aims for the Model 3 to be on the roads by 2017

The world famous electric car company Tesla looks to begin production of the long awaited Model 3 in early 2017.

This comes as great news for all those electric car enthusiasts out there whom are looking forward to be able to now afford a Tesla.

This news comes from the founder billionaire Elon Musk on Twitter stating that when the £3.2 bn battery Gigafactory in Nevada is complete the Model 3 shouldn't be to long behind it.

We at EcoCars4Sale have long awaited the Model 3 since we heard about it in 2013. We believe that this pure electric car will be a bigger game changer than the very successful Model S.

The Model 3 will be aimed to the masses and will be heading towards the BMW 3 series, Audi A4 and Mercedes C-Class customers. Not only that the Model 3 is said to be able to achieve around 250 to 300 miles per charge.

The Tesla Model 3 is said to be around £30,000 and if Tesla allow their new customers to use there Supercharging sites for free like you can with the Model S 80kw this will end up being one of the most affordable luxury cars on the market.
