Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use of ecocars4sale.com website and purchase of our products or a commercial account or membership on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Changes To Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the terms then you can simply stop using the website at any time. 1. Customer Information
1.0 You should check that you are a valid vehicle dealer or dealership and/or a commercial account holder where you can see definition’s when signing up to ecocars4sale.com
1.1 As a Commercial member of ecocars4sale.com you are signing up for a yearly or monthly membership fee which can be seen when signing up to ecocars4sale.com of which you will be invoiced your yearly or monthly fee whereby the fee could increase or decrease. Also you as the member also agree to a monthly invoice of the vehicle look up fee which you can see on your dashboard or when uploading your vehicles at the time of upload.
1.2 As a General account holder you are eligible to upload no more than two vehicles of which each vehicle will only have 1 image allowed for free, if you as the General account holder wishes to opt for more images then you can do so whilst uploading your vehicle.
1.3 You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer/commercial account, membership or proceeding to payment.
1.4 You are responsible for maintaining your own username, membership, content, vehicles and password, where required to access your customer account. You should ensure that you store your username and password securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party.
1.5 As a customer of ecocars4sale.com you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately at info@ecocars4sale.com
1.6 Our website is only intended for use by adults. Adults may purchase our products, whom have a valid Credit or Debit Card, or PayPal account, please see all transactions will be processed through PayPal Checkout please see PayPal Terms and Conditions for more details.
2. Privacy
2.0 Ecocars4sale.com takes your privacy seriously. We are registered under and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. For further details please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Product Pricing, Image And Title
3.0 We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of our membership or products is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order, membership or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at any time up to 12 months of a membership or for all other products sold via us (ecocars4sale) only.
3.1 We reserve the right to alter all products, membership, pricing without notice. However we will give you one calendar month of notice prior to any increase in our membership fee. If an order is cancelled or the wrong vehicle type i.e. Tax Band E and not those specified in our Terms and Conditions has been attempted to be uploaded to your dashboard then ecocars4sale.com will charge the current vehicle registration look up cost to you via a PayPal invoice which will be invoiced every month.
3.2 Title in any products or membership ordered from us does not pass to you, the purchaser until we have received and processed a valid payment, and that payment has been made into our own PayPal account.
3.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. On occasion the item you will receive will be slightly different from that shown in the picture. ecocars4sale.com endeavours to always have up to date and accurate images for vehicles advertised by our members or customers. Should you have any queries please refer to the vehicle description and identification which will correctly show you what product is for sale or call our customer services who will happily verify any queries you may have.
4. Your Order, Membership, Commercial Account And Delivery
4.0 When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order of our products or membership. Your order constitutes an offer made to us to purchase the goods specified in the order of our products or membership.
4.1 Prices quoted on ecocars4sale.com are in UK Pounds Sterling.
4.2 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
4.3 If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card/ account used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
4.4 It is your responsibility to supply correct billing, company and delivery address information and/or company website or email and/or emails and contact phone number and/or phone numbers. In the event that inaccurate address information has been supplied ecocars4sale.com is unable to accept any responsibility for misdirection of your order. Please pay special attention to order confirmation and contact us by email to info@ecocars4sale.com to amend where possible.
5. Cancellation Rights, Returns And Refunds
5.0 Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods via our website www.ecocars4sale.com, with a faulty products notification in writing within fourteen working days from receipt.
6. Customer Complaints
6.0 We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.
7. Events Outside Our Control
7.0 Ecocars4sale.com shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.
8. Licence
8.0 Ecocars4sale.com grants you a licence to access the content, information and services contained within our website for personal or members use only.
8.1 This licence allows you to download and cache (using your browser) individual pages from our website.
8.2 This licence does not allow you to download and modify individual pages or substantial parts of our website nor to make our website available via an intranet, where our website or a substantial part of it is hosted locally on the internet in question.
8.3 Our website design, layout, content or text cannot be copied, edited or otherwise manipulated without our express prior written permission.
8.4 Our website cannot be placed within the frame-set of another site.

Should any part of this agreement or its paragraphs, sub-paragraphs or clauses be found invalid it shall not affect the remaining paragraphs, sub-paragraphs and clauses.
11. Waiver
11.0 Failure by ecocars4sale.com to enforce any accrued rights under these Terms & Conditions is not to be taken as or deemed to be a waiver of those rights unless we acknowledge the waiver in writing.
12. Entire Terms & Conditions
12.0 These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and ecocars4sale.com we reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without giving notice to you.
13. Jurisdiction
13.0 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
14. Definition
